Whether our patients need post-surgical care or rehabilitation after an injury or illness, our rehabilitation and skilled nursing teams are dedicated to providing the specialized care necessary for each patient’s unique circumstances.

Goals of Short-Term Rehabilitation

Our short-term rehabilitation services encompass a range of specialties, including physical therapy focused on restoring range of motion, strength, endurance, and mobility. Our state-of-the-art Activities of Daily Living suite provides an ideal setting for occupational therapy, which concentrates on daily home and self-care tasks.

We also offer speech and respiratory therapy services and have an onsite hemodialysis center in partnership with The Rogosin Institute. Additionally, our nursing team is well-equipped to provide post-surgical care and effective pain management.

Comprehensive Inpatient Nursing & Rehabilitation Services

Our inpatient services go beyond nursing and rehabilitation services. We strive to create an environment where individuals not only recover but thrive. Our recreation services team hosts a variety of fun and engaging activities and events each month, and our dining services team keeps everyone healthy with well-balanced meals catered to individual dietary needs.

The care coordination team ensures a smooth discharge process, recognizing that successful rehabilitation extends beyond therapy. This comprehensive approach supports patients on their journey back home, with support given to ensure care continuity, needed home equipment and supplies, nutrition and exercise plans, and emotional and psychological support.

We also offer outpatient therapy services that give continuing support to patients after they leave our facility. Receiving therapy on a regular schedule after discharging home can help ensure short term rehab patients continue their healing journey without losing momentum.
